Jansen has many years of experience in operations and management from his corporate background in aviation. Our Story
March Brown Properties was established by Richiko Olrichs and Jansen Stafford with a vision to modernise and bring back to life properties that are in need of refurbishment due to various circumstances.
The UK needs 300,000 new homes each year. By bringing life back into properties to a high standard suitable for modern living, we help to bridge the gap of new homes required and offer much needed comfortable living space.
How our business works
We work in a very specific geographical area in England which means we know the local market inside out. We have established an extensive support team of trusted partners in our area. We have completed several successful projects with excellent results.
Operating mostly in the North East of England, we have developed a range of property investor services and we have brought numerous properties back onto the market by refurbishing houses in a distressed state, providing modern and comfortable family living.

David Kemp
David Kemp provides a unique multi-disciplinary approach to Planning Consultancy with over 20 years of experience as a planning consultant. His expertise emanates from a vast background obtained as a chartered surveyor, Town and Country Planning consultant and as a specialist planning and environmental lawyer in both private practice and the public sector.
Formed in 2009, as a values-led business and a vibrant RIBA and RTPI Chartered Architects, Planning Practice and Construction Management Service dedicated to the delivery of well-designed places, buildings & spaces. They have a holistic & sensitive approach to sustainable planning and design, within the residential, commercial & industrial sectors.
Neil Scroxton
Neil Scroxton is the Managing Director and founder. With years of ‘in practice’ experience of the private residential, developer led residential, and commercial sectors, Neil is well-suited to lead consultant teams within the construction industry and advise clients on best practice.
